Our Story: A Passion for Thai,
Born from Home

During the COVID-19 lockdown, Scotchie’s homemade Thai curry pastes took off, filling homes with the comforting aromas of authentic Thai cooking. What started as a small passion project soon became a full-blown sensation. Partnering with her mother, she scaled up production. Growing up in her hometown in Thailand, Scotchie knew she wanted to bring its variety of flavours and delicacies to new heights.

In 2024, Scotchie and her husband turned that love into something bigger—Easy Tiger, a space where tradition meets creativity and every bite tells a story. More than just a restaurant, Easy Tiger is a tribute to her childhood obsession with Thai food, now shared with a whole new audience.

Behind Easy Tiger’s delicious creations lies a partnership, built on love and trust, where family and flavor intertwine. Scotchie’s mom’s innocence, attention to detail, and passion for food, combined with her unwavering support and incredible creativity, have been the secret ingredients.
